Apple and Grape Salad

Ingredients
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced1 cup red seedless grapes, halved 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped1 Tbsp white wine vinegar1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 cup chopped Pecans
Directions
1. Toast pecans in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant, stirring often. Set aside and let cool.
2. Combine vinegar and oil in serving bowl.
3. Add celery, grapes and apple; toss well.
4. Sprinkle with pecans. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
