Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients
4 Large Russet Potatoes - Cut into wedges4 tsp Olive Oil 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray large cookie sheet with pan spray
Place wedged potatoes in large bowl, toss with olive oil
Toss in the parmesan cheese
In a small bowl, Garlic, salt and seasoning. Sprinkle on potatoes and toss.
Place potatoes on pan, skin side down.
Bake for 25 - 35 - until potatoes are fork tender.
