16.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh1.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 small Onions, raw5.0 cloves Garlic5.0 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root0.25 cup Soy Sauce3.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Brown ground beef and onions do not drain, add cabbage and vegetables, stir fry until tender add soy sauce garlic ginger and oil and cook a few more minutes.
