1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Coriander seed 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 3 clove Garlic 2.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 2.50 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 1 tbsp Ground tumeric 8 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value) 0.50 serving Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz) 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 2.5 cup Great Value (Walmart)Enriched Instant White Rice Long Grain (uncooked) (by JAN11661)
Cook Rice with Butter, Tumeric, Cumin, Chicken Bouillon, and Water for ~15 min. Chop Chicken into 1/2in cubes. Cook with garlic, coriander, oregano, and lemon juice (2Tbsp). Combine rice and chicken. For sauce combine mayo, greek yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice (1tsp), Sugar, and Parsley together in a bowl. Top chicken/rice dish with sauce and serve. Optional: add lettuce/tomato and serve in pita bread.
