crustless spinach pie

Ingredients
2 cup Spinach, cooked 2 serving brocolli slaw- 1 cup (by LIANE2) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 2 serving Kroger Mexican Style Cheese - Monterey Jack, Mild Cheddar, queso quesadilla and asadero cheeses - .2
Directions
heat spinach and broccoli slaw in lightly oiled wok until cooked
beat eggs and cottage cheese with onion salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. until mixed well
put half of the greens in each of 2 pie tins (greased)
cook at 325 for 45 minutes or so
remove and sprinkle Quesi on top
cook an additional 10 minutes
