Ingredients
1 large Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 2 serving Dymatize ISO 100 Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder (by DAYMONM2) 4 tsp Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed 24 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats
Directions
Mix all ingredients in the blender. Heat pan on medium low heat. Use non stick skillet or add bit of coconut oil. Cook on firs tide until you see bubble holes form flip and cook about 30 seconds to a minute.
