Low Carb Key Lime Cheesecake (No Bake)

1/2 cup boiling water1 box (small) Sugar Free Lime Jell-O1 cup Heavy Cream16 oz Regular Cream Cheese1/2 cup Splenda
1. Mix boiling water with sugar free lime Jell-O.
2. Set in refrigerator until partially set.
3. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until thickened.
4. Set aside.
5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup Splenda until smooth.
6. Very lightly mix in partially set lime gelatin.
7. Fold in whipping cream.
8. Pour into pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam.
9. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Note: You may use crushed walnuts as a crust. Be sure to adjust carb count.
Top with additional whip cream, and or garnish with key lime slices.
