Homemade Hummus

1 can organic Chick Peas (canned) 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon about (1/4 cup).5 tbsp cumin spice 2 oz Tahini (1/4 cup)
Blend 1/4 cup tahini and 1/4 cup lemon juice in a food processor until smooth approx.1 min. You may need to scrape sides and continue to blend 30 more seconds. Rinse chick peas, add to food processor 1/4 cup at a time along with 1-2 Tbs olive oil. for a lighter version use water to replace all or part of the olive oil. Blend till smooth scraping sides when necessary. Add 1/2-1 tsp cumin and 1/2-1 tsp sea salt. Continue to blend until smooth adding water as necessary.
