Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

Ingredients
24 oz Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless 1 fl oz Water, tap 1 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Pepper, black 2 serving Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt 0% Plain 5.3 oz .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 6 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 5 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Soy Sauce - TJ's Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon - Product of Japan (by REALGOGETTER) .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt (by LADYJOY3) 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Chicken, water, salt, garlic powder and dash of pepper in slow cooker for 5-6 hours on low until chicken is fall-apart. Shred.
Mix the rest of the ingredients to make home-made Caesar dressing. Stir into chicken in crock pot. Cook on low 30 minutes.
Add to your wrap/bun of choice. Romaine lettuce recommended.
