1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Coconut Oil0.5 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)0.25 cup Honey1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans4.0 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter2.0 serving shakeology chocolate
Combine beans, vanilla extract, honey, peanut butter and cashews in a blender. Set aside. Melt coconut oil, add Shakeology. Spoon Shakeology coconut oil mixture into the bottom of cupcake tin. Spoon the bean mixture on to of the chocolate.
Freezer for 30 minutes
