Creamy Cauliflower-Potato Soup with Mushrooms

2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup Butter, unsalted .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .5 cup Half and Half Cream 2 tsp Rosemary, dried 2 tsp Garlic, Granulated (Dry) (by PATFERGY) 1 tbsp Pepper, black
Sautee mushrooms, onions and butter til soft. Add cooked cauliflower and potoates with seasonings. Stir together then add in chicken broth. Cook on medium heat till everything boils and comes together. Add half and half cream and then bledn with hand mixer.
Serve with croutons and cheese if desired.
