Ingredients
1 large Onions, raw, sliced700 grams Carrots, raw , diced700 grams Potato, raw, diced1 1tsp Sunflower Oil 4 tbsp Yellow bean sauce, Chinese (by JOSEPHC3) 600-700 grams Pork, fresh, composite of trimmed retail cuts (loin and shoulder blade), separable lean only, diced
Directions
Braise all the ingredients together except the potatoes. When nearly cooked, add the potatoes. Simmer until all the ingredients are done.
