Potato leek ham and 15 bean soup

Ingredients
4 cup 15 Bean Soup - 1/2 C cooked - beans only 2 leek Leeks 2.5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 5 clove Garlic 1 tsp Pepper, black .33 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1.5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)
Directions
Soak beans in crock pot with 5 cups water and butter. Add garlic and pepper to taste.

Boil potatoes and leeks with 10 cups water on stove until very soft. Again, add garlic and pepper to taste. Optionally, you can add some salt or garlic salt. Blend to soup consistency.

While potatoes are boiling, add ham to beans.

Combine everything. Ta da!
