SHRIMP IN GARLIC CREAM SAUCE

16 oz Shrimp, raw .125 cup Butter, unsalted 3 clove Garlic .125 cup Lemon Juice 1 tsp Paprika 0.125 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 slice, thin Onions, raw 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt
Warm olive oil and butter together in a saute pan over high heat and saute shrimp and garlic 3 minutes. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Stir it up to mix the ingredients in and taste your sauce. Add more seasonings if you need. Reduce a bit to thicken sauce but don't overcook the shrimp. Plate shrimp and top with chopped green onion or fresh parsley if you prefer.
