Egg whites, from a container of 4 half cup servings.
Whip up the egg whites until firm peaks form. Lay a sheet of parchement paper ona cookie sheet. Gently spread out the meringue. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out and using the parchment paper, flip the bread over. Cook for 10 minute more.
