1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 serving POTATOES (GOLD)1 POTATOE 4 serving Boneless Porkchop, Center cut, 4oz.
Cut potatoes into 3/4" strips along with porckhops into 1" strips. Add 2 tblsp. fresh garlic, 1 tblsp. season salt, 4 tblsp. EVOO into a big bowl with lid. Shake for 30 seconds. Cook in large skillet until potatoes are done.
