Ingredients
1 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh 26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 140 gram(s) Western Family Tropical Blend Frozen Fruit 0.25 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla .5 cup Greek yogurt, Liberte plain 0%25 (by VALDRAKE)
Directions
Put everything together in a container with Iid the night before and refrigerate. Ready the next day. you can also make it an hour before eating and leave it out on the counter for it to be ready
