Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
Dough:4.5 cup all purpose flour4.5 tbsp canola oil2 tsp yeast1.5 cup waterToppings:1.0 cup pizza sauce1-1/2 lbs shredded mozzarella cheese5 oz pepperoni slices3/4 ground italian pork sausage (browned)8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms1/2 cup diced ham
Directions
Mix ingredients for dough. Knead until smooth. Grease bowl, place dough inside. Cover and let rise in a warm location for 2 to 4 hours. Do not preheat oven. Grease perforated 15" pizza pan and stretch dough across it. Cover with sauce and other toppings. Bake at 500° for approximately 23-25 minutes.
