Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 4 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 6 clove Garlic 1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients and roll into 24 balls or use mini muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400°.
