.25 cup Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Pepper, black 4 serving Bacon (fried) 1 slice 2 tbsp grated cheddarpinch dried chives
Directions
Cook bacon, boil eggs, mash with butter, cheddar and seasonings, chill and make balls, roll in crumbled bacon
