Ingredients
Directions
.25 oz Beef Bone Marrow 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 2 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Cumin seed 4 quarts water2 tsp. Salt, Himalayan Pink
Can use any kind of bones. Place everything in slow cooker set on high for about 6 hours, put broth in fridge or freezer and remove fat that solidifies at the top. Return to slow cooker, set to low and cook as long as you want. The longer it cooks the better it is. You can take out a serving and replace with more water and other ingredients until the marrow in the bones are all gone.
