Whole wheat pasta2 cans tuna in watermiracle whip freeMrs. Dash original and pepper
Cook pasta, drain and add tuna, mix with mwf and season to taste, awesome add ins are shredded carrot, frozen peas, celery, onion or what ever else you like. Don't forget to adjust for add ins.
