Ingredients
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.75 cup Half and Half Cream1.0 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese2.0 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients except for cinnamon until smooth as possible. There will be some lumps from the cottage cheese. Pour into a buttered 8 by 8 baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 1 hour or until lightly browned
