Baked Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal

2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1.5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Morton Table Salt (by LITTLELADY1996) .5 tsp Baking Powder .25 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 2 oz Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x12 pan with Pam. Mix together 4 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, salt & baking powder in bowl. In separate bowl beat the egg & milk, add 1 tsp vanilla. Combine both dry & wet ingredients until mixed - pour into baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. While oatmeal is baking mix your cinnamon drizzle. Combine remaining brown sugar, butter, and remaining cinnamon - mix until smooth. In another bowl mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add remaining vanilla - mix until creamy. As soon as oatmeal is done top with both drizzles. Enjoy!
