Cocoa Almond Oats with Expresso Yogurt

Ingredients
2.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 20 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 5 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1.5 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Vanilla Extract .33 serving (starbucks) doubleshot expresso 200ml (by RITSON71)
Directions
Mix oats, cocoa powder, almond milk, 5 tablespoons of maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of sea salt in a tupperware bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and expresso in another bowl until smooth. To serve, place the cocoa oats in a cereal bowl, top with expresso yogurt. Hearty breakfast.
