Single Serve Brownie

Ingredients
1 T Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1 T Flour 1 T Applesauce, unsweetened 1/2 t Vanilla Extract 1/2 T Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 2-3 drops Stevia extract (I like mine extra sweet)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, mix, fold in wet ingredients + 1-2 teaspoons of almond milk (not included in calorie count) if needed for batter consistency. Pour into greased ramekin. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

*Note, this could probably be microwaved, but I love baking it to get the crispy edges!
