Ingredients
2.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)4.0 oz Goat Cheese, Soft1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin4.0 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted8.0 tbsp *Kens Honey Mustard Dressing - 2 tbsp serving
Directions
Season chicken with your favorite spices. Grill chicken until thoroughly cooked. Toss all salad ingredients together. Serve and enjoy.
