1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour .25 cup Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Canola Oil 2 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
spoon into hot skillet and turn when bubbles begin to set open.
