Diuretic Drink

Ingredients
60oz of filtered/distilled water1 bag of dandelion root tea1 tbsp of cranberry juice (100% juice not cocktail)2 tbsp of lemon juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and drink throughout the day.

No boiling necessary but I recommend letting the tea bag steep overnight.
