Buffalo chicken quinoa casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken3/4 c greek yogurt1 c. chicken boullion3 c. cooked quinoa1/3-1/2 c. Frank's Red Hot 1 oz Low fat cream cheese 1/2 c Bolthouse Farms Blue Cheese Creamy Yogurt Dressing3/4 cup, chopped Carrots, chopped1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions diced.5 cup, Celery, chopped2 oz Blue Cheese 2 oz Cheddar Cheese
Directions
combine yogurt, cream cheese, boullion, Frank's, and dressing and mix well. Add veggies, quinoa, cheddar cheese and 1/2 the blue cheese and chicken.


Bake at 350 for 20 min, add remaining blue cheese, and broil for 5-10 min
