Orange Muffins

Ingredients
1 dry, yellow cake mix8 oz can mandarin oranges in juice2 egg whites1 cup water
Directions
Mix together cake mix, juice from oranges, egg whites and water. Beat on medium speed of mixer for 2-3 minutes. Add mandarin oranges and beat for 1/2 minute to break into smaller pieces.

Bake in cupcake papers according to directions on cake mix box. These also freeze well.
