2 cup shredded Lettuce, red leaf (salad) 3 oz Cod (fish) 1 serving avacado 1 medium 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.25 cup, sliced Onions, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Boil the dry salted cod fish for 2hrs rinse and add to salad
