7 tbsp Oregano, ground 4 tbsp Parsley 1.5 tbsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Pepper, black 4 tbsp Garlic powder 32 oz Onion, sweet, raw .5 tbsp Rosemary, dried 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 5 bay leaves, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 cup Granulated Sugar 2 tbsp Salt 30 tbsp wegmans tomato paste (3 12oz cans)35.75 cup wegmans tomato puree (11 large cans).5 tbsp crushed red pepper
Directions
1) chop and fry onions. (add oil content)
2)mix everything and simmer for a long time on low heat
3) cool, bag and freeze
4) nuke to reheat
