1/2 C Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce1/2 C water 1/4 C Truvia Natural Sweetener 3 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 1 clove Garlic 3 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Xanthun Gum (only if you want it thick)
mix all ingredients in pan, bring to a boil. I added the xanthun gum at the end of the cooking. I used this sauce on my bean sprout stir fry and on my chicken.
