Ingredients
2 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium 3 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Directions
Open cans, drain and rinse corn and beans. Cut tomatoes in half. Heat olive oil in pan. put veggies in pan and let cook. chop garlic and scallions and add to pan. season as desired.
