16 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin) 2 oz Land O Lakes Garlic and Herb New Saute Express 400 gram(s) vegtable blend kirkland normandy style swwet yellow carrots babby carrots broccoli cauliflower (by LINDAMCCAULEY) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup Best Choice French Cut Style Green Beans 1 serving Publix Rye Bread (by PATTI7177) 2 tbsp "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" light margarine
snap ends off green beans, then pan sear fresh green beans in extra virgin olive oil in pan till your desired texture. soft or crunchy.
pan fry pork chops in land of lakes saute express 1 or 2 cubes your choice, salt and pepper to taste , covered cook till done. ( turn chops over while cooking a few times)
Kirkland Normandy mixed vegetables, bake in casserole dish at 375 degrees 20-30minutes . ( add 2 tablespoons of margarine 5 minutes before done baking )
1 slice of fresh deli rye bread per person . and small amount of margarine to bread if desired
