Protein pancakes

Ingredients
1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 4 large Egg white, fresh .50 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Granulated Sugar You can also mix in any fruit you like
Directions
Generously coat a skillet with nonstick oil spray and warm over medium heat. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour the mixture onto the skillet to make either one jumbo pancake or 5 small pancakes. Cook until you see small bubbles forming, and flip over and cook until golden brown. Serve with syrup if you like or fresh fruit.
