roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce

Ingredients
cauliflowerolive oilgarlic tahinilemon juicesaltparsleysesame seeds (1 tsp toasted)
Directions
425, oven rack top position. toss cauli with 2tsp olive oil, season w/salt, spread on cookie sheet. bake 12-15 min til slightly browned. meanwhile, heat 2 tsp olive oil and saute minced garlie, stir in tahini, lemon juice and 5 tbsp water and salt, simmer low 1-2 min. whisk sauce, spoon over cauli, sprinkle with parsley and toasted sesame seeds, serve.
