Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 21 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers) .5 1tsp Olive Oil .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 3 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE) 8 tbsp minced onion (by JAZZMINE54868) .25 cup (about 23 slices) Dill Pickles 1 cup Spinich - fresh Queen Victoria baby spinich (by SFRENCH81) .5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 large Egg white, fresh
Directions
preheat oven 400F
meanwhile, cook all ingredients except the egg white and egg roll wrappers in a skillet on the stove. keep stirring so that the mixture is crumbly. season to taste. drain off excess liquid. lay out a wrapper and spoon burger filling into the center of wrapper. sprinkle cheese if you want. wet the edges of egg roll wrapper with water with your finger. fold the wrapper diagonal to make a triangle shape, or try rolling it up like an egg roll. use a fork to press the edges of the triangle closed. cover with plastic wrap until all burgers are assembled. then spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and place burgers on the sheet. use the egg white to brush the tops of the burgers to give them a shiny finished looked when done baking. bake in 400F oven for 8-10 min or until golden and crispy.
