Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Salt0.33 cup Canola Oil3.0 tsp Baking Powder0.25 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 cup Yellow Cornmeal8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated1.0 cup Pamela artisan flour
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients, in small bowl whisk together milk, egg, and oil. Add wet to dry, mix until just combined. Put into 8×8 oiled, baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 min. Serving Size: Makes 9, 2.5x2.5 squares
