Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halvesjuice of 1 orangejuice of 2 limes2 cloves garlic, crushed1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Combine juices, spices and olive oil. Marinate the chicken in mixture for an hour or overnight if desired. Cook under the broiler or on a grill.

    I made this recipe last night with a small change, I added about 1/4 tsp of cayenne to the marinade. My husband liked this a lot, the chicken was very juicy. I cooked it on the grill. Next time I would add a bit more cayenne and chili powder. I do feel that this needs some salt. Very good!! - 7/19/11
