spinach egg cups

Ingredients
10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic .50 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
saute onions and garlic until onions are translucent.
Add spinach and cook until mostly wilted
In a bowl scramble 10 eggs.
Divide spinach mixture evenly into each cup of muffin pan
Pour eggs over spinach mixture.
Cook in oven for 20 minutes
