Billie's Fav 7 Grain Wheat Bread

2.0 tbsp Canola Oil2.0 tbsp Honey3.0 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched12.0 Grams Vital wheat gluten1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour0.1 ounce Yeast, bakers1.0 cup Seven Grain rolled cereal3.0 tbsp Buttermilk - Powdered 2.0 tsp Kosher Salt
Using a bread machine:
Put 7 grain cereal and very hot water in machine first while gathering other ingredients. This gives the cereal time to soften.
Add all other ingredients, wet before dry, with the yeast last.
Use dough setting for 1.5 lb loaf. You may have to stir the ingredients a bit to fully incorporate. Add water or flour a bit at a time if needed to form a good dough ball.
Once dough in made, divide in half and shape two loaves. Allow to rise until double, at least an hour.
Bake at 325* convection (350* regular) until bread is done, 30-50 min. The internal temp should reach 190* to 200* to be done.
Serving Size: Makes 2 nice loaves, approx 12 slices per loaf
