18 oz Jumbo Shell Pasta4 large Eggs, beaten 2 cloves Garlic 4 tbsp chopped fresh Basil 4 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley 8 cups Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 4 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim, divided 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 lb Italian Sausage, cooked and drained9 cups Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce 2 lb frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed
Cook shells in boiling water for 10 min. Drain & rinse. Combine eggs, garlic, basil, parsley, ricotta, 2.5 cups mozzarella, parmesan, and sausage. Pour 1 cup sauce in each of 3 - 9X13 pans. Spoon filling into shells and arrange in pans. Pour 2 cups sauce over each pan. Sprinkle 0.5 cup mozzarella over each pan. Bake at 350°F for ~45 min or until bubbly.
