2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 clove Garlic 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 20 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 1.5 cup Banana Peppers 10 tbsp Cilantro, raw .75 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
Place all vegetables in food processor and chop to fine.
Mix turkey and vegetables with cooked rice to bind.
Pat into a foil-lined baking pan. Use cooing spray.
Bake at 350 until turkey is cooked, edges will be brown.
