Lemon Poppy Protein Balls

Ingredients
3 scoops (26 gm each) Organic Plant Protein - Smooth Vanilla 1/2 cup Rolled Oats Organic (I used quick)6 tbsp Lemon juice (squeezed from 2 medium organic lemons)1 tbsp Chia Seeds 1 tbsp Poppy seed 1 tbsp honey (raw, organic) 6 tbsp water1 tsp lemon zest (or more)
Directions
Blend dry ingredients; add lemon zest, add water with honey and lemon juice. Mix until well incorporated. Roll into small balls and freeze.
