Colorful Coleslaw

Ingredients
Chop 4 following ingredients and combine in a bowl.1 cup fresh red cabbage chopped1/8 cup fresh red bell pepper chopped1/2 cup fresh cucumber w/peel chopped1/4 cup fresh radish choppedMix dressing ingredients below w/a wisk before adding to the veggies above.1/8 cup cider or white vinegar (any kind will work)2 packets Splenda Sweetener (or to taste)Add dressing to veggies and mix. Coleslaw even better if you refrigerate for a few hours before eating or you can eat right away.
Directions
Just chop and mix - no cooking needed.
