Cool Strawberry Soup

Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries; sliced1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt1 cup fat free half-and-half¼ cup splenda or less to taste2 tablespoons brandy or rum½ teaspoon vanilla extractStrawberry slices for garnish
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Pour into chilled soup bowls; garnish with extra strawberry slices.

Makes 4 one cup servings.
