Vegan Nutritional Yeast Gravy

2 tbsp + 2 tsp white flour2 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp + 2 tsp nutritional yeast1 cup water1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Lightly brown the flour in the oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. You can add less water if your desired consistency is thicker. Season with fresh ground pepper to taste.
