Pumpkin Loaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar1 cup apple sauce4 eggs2 cup pumpkin1 1/2 cup white flour2 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp allspice1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground cloves1/3 cup water
Directions
Blend sugar and apple sauce. Add eggs and mix well. Add pumpkin and water mix well.
In seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add half at a time to wet ingredients. Mix well.
Pour in two greased 9X5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
